Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Once order is placed, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted. However, if your order hasn’t been processed/shipped yet, please reach out to info@funlacquer.com to request a cancellation. Please note that all cancellation will be refunded in store credit only. We cannot refund in the original payment mode. Once your order has begun processing, we are unable to cancel your order. Exchanges are not accepted for sanitary purposes.

Refunds

All refunds can be made in store credit only. Store credit must be used in its entirety and it is valid for 1 time use only. It cannot be used with any other discounts. The store credit does not apply towards shipping charges. It is only valid on our products.

Damaged Items

If any item(s) is/are damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the damaged item(s) and contact us as soon as possible so we can get a replacement sent out to you at no cost. As most of the products are limited edition, refund will be made if the replacement shade is sold out. 

Invalid Shipping Address

Please make sure your mailing address and contact number are current. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrectly listed mailing address. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect/invalid mailing address or unclaimed, a refund will be issued in store credit for the price paid after promotions or discounts; shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Products

1. Polishes are hand blended in batches so slight differences may occur from batch to batch. 

2. Swatches are representative of the colors as close as possible, however the actual color may appear different depending on your monitors resolution and color settings. Bloggers may represent each color differently due to camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc. and should only be used as a reference for general color. Results may vary. 

3. Polishes may be slightly separated due to temperature change. Gently shake the bottle will bring the polish back to life. We recommend all polishes be stored in a cool temperature.
